None of the three is dinner. The catamaran with the open bar serves three types of finger food, and one reviewer said the food was not a highlight. The party catamaran is explicit that its bites (fruit, sandwiches, chicken teriyaki and similar) are not a full meal. Eat before you go or plan a table afterwards. The boats work the south coast around Spanish Water and Caracas Bay, not the old town.

The catamaran with the open bar
This is the safe choice. The route starts in the sheltered Spanish Water bay, with Table Mountain and the waterfront villas along the inlets, then heads out to open sea for the sunset itself. If the weather and sea allow, the boat also goes towards St Anna Bay for a view of Willemstad from the water.
The open bar covers water, soft drinks, juice, rum, vodka, Blue Curaçao, white and rosé wine, and beer. The crew speak English, Dutch, Spanish and Portuguese. Reviewers praise the crew and the music; one danced through the entire cruise, so this is not the boat for a silent evening. The operator notes that on Mondays it uses a double-decker motorised catamaran and on Wednesdays and Fridays a standard one, and that the exact vessel cannot be guaranteed.
Hotel pickup is a paid add-on at $15 for the round trip, with free pickup in the Jan Thiel area. Wheelchair users and people with mobility impairments are listed as not suitable.

Three hours instead of two and a half, with a lounge area for the sunset and a deck that turns into a dance floor after dark: live music first, then a DJ. The highlights list an open bar of beer, wine, vodka, whiskey, rum and tequila, and cocktails and mocktails are sold on board by card. It leaves from Kima Kalki Marina.
It costs €48.31 more than the first boat and its rating is lower (4.4), so book it for the party, not for a better sunset. It is not suitable for wheelchair users or people with heart problems, and it needs good weather and a minimum number of travellers: if either fails, you are offered another date or a full refund.

The small boat: cheapest and quietest, with a weaker score
A 38-foot boat for about two hours along the coast past Spanish Water, its lagoons and the mangroves. Snacks, drinks and tips are included. The description mentions flying fish and dolphins as things to watch for, not things to expect. It is €6.15 cheaper than the catamaran with the open bar and takes half an hour less.
The rating is 4.1 from 50 reviews, and the two reviews shown first on the booking page date from 2023 and 2024, so read the most recent ones before you pay. Choose it only if a small boat and conversation matter more than the score.
